Blend 25 oz (700 grams) of previously cooked tomatoes with 20 fl oz of water 

and the contents of the

Sábora Gourmet Birria envelope.

Pour the sauce over meat, chicken, fish, or any protein of your choice and simmer.

Yields approximately 1 kilogram

(about 2.2 pounds).

Blend 3 tomatoes and ¼ of an onion 

with 700 ml of water

and the contents of the Sábora Gourmet Barbacoa envelope. 

Pour the sauce over your choice of meat, chicken, fish, or any preferred protein.

 Cook until tender.

Then remove the meat and shred it.

Return the shredded meat to the sauce and simmer for a few minute

Yields approximately 1 kilogram 

(about 2.2 pounds).
